- zizi.ly complies with Japanese laws and other regulations applicable to the personal information it holds, and strives to improve the content of this policy by reviewing it as necessary.
User Rights
- Users have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of their personal data at any time.
- Requests related to personal data can be made by contacting us at help@mds-fund.com.
- Users may revoke third-party integrations (such as Zoom or Google) at any time via their account settings, or directly through the respective service provider.
Consent to Use of Personal Information
- By applying for our services, customers are deemed to have agreed to the above contents.
Third-Party Integrations (Zoom & Google)
- This service integrates with third-party providers such as Zoom and Google (Google Calendar / Google Meet) to provide scheduling, availability synchronization, and automatic meeting link generation.
Zoom OAuth Data Access and Use
- When a user connects Zoom, we may access and process only what is required to provide the service, such as:
- Basic account information (e.g., user identifier and email address)
- Permissions to create and manage meetings on behalf of the connected user
- Purpose: to create Zoom meeting links for bookings and update/cancel those meetings when bookings change.
- We do not access Zoom chat messages, meeting recordings, or unrelated user content.
Google OAuth Data Access and Use (Google Calendar / Google Meet)
- When a user connects Google, we may access and process only what is required to provide the service, such as:
- Calendar availability (free/busy) to prevent double bookings
- Calendar events created by this application
- Basic account information (e.g., email address) for identification
- Purpose: to sync availability, create booking events, and generate meeting links where applicable.
- We do not access Gmail contents and do not read unrelated calendar events beyond what is required for scheduling functionality.
Storage, Security, and Retention
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens (if applicable) are stored securely and used only to provide the connected integration features.
- We do not sell, rent, or use OAuth-connected data for advertising.
- We retain OAuth tokens only for as long as the integration is enabled or as required to provide the service, and we delete or invalidate tokens when the user disconnects the integration.
User Control and Revocation
- Users can disconnect integrations at any time from within their account settings (if available) or by revoking access directly from the provider:
- Zoom: Zoom App Marketplace → Manage Apps
- Google: Google Account → Security → Third-party access
- After revocation, this service will stop accessing the provider data and will no longer create or manage meetings/events.
Policy Updates
- We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. The latest version will be published on this page.
